  • welcome back after half term. It was great to see so many students take advantage of the extra lessons over the holidays - well done for your efforts.
  • year 7 are reviewing their end of year exam and
  • year 8 are also reflecting on their end of year exam and then
  • year 9 are starting their modular GCSE course.
      • This week and next is module 1:
      • Beware: the year 9 end of year SATs exams (progress tests) are due in the week beginning 19 June 2011. Year 9 SATs exam revision.
  • year 10 are still working on GCSE unit 1 revision and GCSE unit 2 revision.
      • the unit 1 exam is on Monday 13 June 2011 and unit 2 is the following week.
      • The general GCSE revision page is linked here - be warned: some of these skills not required yet (they're on unit 3)
      • Specific modular GCSE revision pages will follow soon
  • year 11 take their GCSE maths exams:
      • non-calculator paper on Monday 6 June 2011
      • calculator paper on Friday 10 June 2011
      • make sure you bring all the equipment you'll need
      • Don't forget your calculator on Friday
      • main GCSE revision pages
      • unless you're taking the Business Studies exam you should attend maths classes on Monday morning
      • bring your revision folders and any last-minute questions, but we have an activity planned for you
